Use cotton balls to soak up the tea to apply to the dark areas around the eyes. Let the cotton balls sit on your face for 10 &#8211; 15 min, this will keep administrating the camomile through the skin.  Camomile is a great anti-inflammatory substance that will function effectively with different procedures and applications. To help puffy eyes, a cold compress works imperatively well, along with facial steams that will also cleanse the pores.
