FDA & Eye Creams

In case you were wondering, the FDA does not regulate eye creams.  In fact, the cosmetic industry goes widely unregulated for the most part.  For this reason, it’s important you know who you are dealing with when you buy eye creams.  Eye creams made outside of the USA can be risky to purchase (yes, even in Canada) due to the unknown characteristics of where each cream is emulsified.
