Home Remedies for Dark Circles and Wrinkles

These remedies are safe to use with other skin care products and will actually be even more effective when combined with other treatments. Home remedies will not work the best on their own and might lack on improvement compared to the latest professional products on the market. For Dark Circles around the Eyes

3 tsp milk
3 tsp flour
1/4 tsp honey
1/2 of a lemon dash of sugar

Mix all the ingredients together until blended. Don’t be afraid to add more flour if the mixture needs to be thickened, flour will leave the skin with a nice silky texture. Apply an even layer around the eyes, fully covering the dark circles. Leave and let sit until dry, then rinse face with your hands and luke warm water. Re-apply and repeat the process twice over for better results. Works well for dark circles around the eyes.

1 tsp tomato juice 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp flour pinch turmeric powder This is another good paste for dark circles around the eyes. Leave on for 10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. Tea Remedies 1/4 cup rosemary 1 cup boiling water face cloth Combine the cup of boiling water and the rosemary together and let sit and steep for approximately 25 minutes. Strain and place in the refrigerator to cool. When cooled and a few degrees below room temperature, soak a clean face cloth in the rosemary solution, and then wring out. Rest the cloth on your face, covering the eyes. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. This remedy can be used daily or when desired. It is a great cold compress and the rosemary is exceptional for its antioxidant aspects along with being an outstanding stimulant for the skin. The quantities can be multiplied to store for longer use. Warning: Rosemary essential oil is a lot stronger with a high stimulating action that should be avoided by those who have high blood pressure, epilepsy, or undergoing pregnancy. For Puffy Eyes 1 chamomile tea bag 2 cups of boiling water cotton balls Steep the chamomile tea in the boiled water until well steeped, then chill in the refrigerator. Use cotton balls to soak up the tea to apply to the dark areas around the eyes. Let the cotton balls sit on your face for 10 – 15 min, this will keep administrating the camomile through the skin. Camomile is a great anti-inflammatory substance that will function effectively with different procedures and applications. To help puffy eyes, a cold compress works imperatively well, along with facial steams that will also cleanse the pores. The essential oil will improve and regenerate skin, and it also works to tone all different types of skin complexions. Warning: Camomile should be avoided when using anti-coagulant drugs and the essential oil should not be used during pregnancy. In the morning take out and rest the back of the spoons over eyes for two minutes on and 2 minutes off. Repeat the process a few times but make sure to use 2 minute intervals on and off the eyes.
